The program operations manager will be responsible for the operationalization of the accelerator, investor week programming, and founder experience. At Forum, we believe systems are critical for scaling and we need an operational wizard who can build the foundation for us to deliver world-class support to our founders. In this role, you will bring systems and leverage to every aspect of the platform function. This role is for you if you love getting deep into a process flow. You are not intimidated by the design of a complex process flow and can look at any process and identify opportunities for systems to make things easier and less manual. You canbuild just about anything using no-code tools. You know your way around Zapier, AirTable, and Hubspot like the back of your hand.

Most importantly, you’ll help build a new kind of venture fund that is truly inclusive, diverse, and supportive of founders.

What you will be doing:

Portfolio Management and Optimization

  • Manage and optimize systems that provide a comprehensive view of company performance across the portfolio.
  • Oversee systems for detailed tracking and reporting on company growth and acceleration.
  • Monitor the founder net promoter score and work with the Head of the Platform to roll out improvements to the accelerator.
  • Design an implement a rating system for our founder <> advisor matches

System Design and Data Management

  • Design and refine systems to support better and facilitate company growth.
  • Identify data gaps within our systems and propose strategic solutions to bridge these gaps.

Collaboration and Operational Management

  • Work closely with the Managing Directors to monitor and support the growth of their companies.
  • Partner with the Head of Platform and Platform General Manager to streamline platform operations.

Operationalize Investor Showcases:

  • Build landing pages, collect project descriptions (blurbs), and gather presentation decks from founders for investor showcases.
  • Ensure the tracking of key platform support metrics like number of investor introductions made, number of customer introductions made, net revenue generated from Forum introductions.

CRM and Networking Systems Management

  • Manage our investor CRM to ensure accurate tracking and facilitate automated connections between investors and founders.
  • Build and manage the founder directory to foster and automate connections among founders.
  • Manage and strategize the use of our Orbiit system to coordinate 1-on-1 coffee chats and other networking opportunities among stakeholders.

Who you are:

  • You have been a founder OR have experience working as an early stage operator at a startup
  • You have a great understanding of no-code tools (Airtable, Zapier, Softr, etc) and Hubspot
  • High-level operational skills, with a keen attention to detail
  • Master systems builder
  • The desire to be challenged and work autonomously
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to build

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with early stage revenue operations
  • Experience with early stage go-to-market operations

What we offer:

  • Salary range of $90-110,000CAD
