Summer Intern, Talent Team

The Role
The Talent team is looking for an Intern to assist with operational, administrative and data-related projects for our Team this summer. This is a unique opportunity to support two branches within Talent, both Operations and College Talent. In addition, the Intern would join weekly Executive & Technical Talent Staff Meetings where we discuss all topics related to the Talent team. We are seeking an Intern that has a passion or interest for working administratively to support all different areas, is very operationally savvy and enjoys supporting events.
In addition to meetings plus opportunities to learn from and assist the Talent Team, over the course of the internship the Talent Intern would be tasked with the following:
- Systems & workflow training
- Data preparation, data downloads for Talent Partners and Leads
- General research for talent network
- Cross-functional experience at the firm with various operating teams
- Assisting with College Talent Summer Program
- Preparing for Fall On Campus Events
- Curating social media templates
- University Deep Dive project
Minimum Qualifications
- In 3rd or 4th year of college undergraduate program
- Comfortable balancing various projects simultaneously, with different priorities and deadlines
- Strong organizational skills and high level of attention to detail
- Works well independently, great at making calls for themselves & staying on task
- Creative problem solver, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in learning more about recruiting processes and strategies
- Familiarity with or eagerness to learn how to navigate systems, such as Salesforce, and various Talent platforms
- Genuine intellectual curiosity, aka loves to nerd out about data, research and building companies
- Marketing and communications interest, experience with creating content a plus
The anticipated hourly range for this role is between $40.00-$45.00, actual starting pay may vary based on a range of factors which can include experience, skills, and scope.
