30N Ventures seeks a highly motivated individual who is
eager to take on new challenges to join the team as a
Venture Capital Fellow. This 6-month fellowship will
provide you with deep exposure to the
behind-the-scenes operations of a leading venture
capital (“VC”) fund specializing in Emerging Markets
with a current focus on LatAm. At 30N Ventures, we not
only seek to invest in top-tier founders, but we are also
committed to providing liquidity to our investors and the
market through our M&A practice and with secondary
markets.
The Fellowship Program is an exclusive opportunity for
exceptional recent college graduates to get a head start
in Venture Capital. The program is oriented toward
individuals who have demonstrated entrepreneurial
savviness, curiosity, and are passionate about learning
from industry leaders, contributing to the fund's success.
Through the Fellowship Program, you will:
- Gain hands-on experience in the whole operation
of a leading VC fund by diving into deal sourcing,
due diligence, and portfolio analysis, as well as
fundraising, investor relations and operations.
- Learn about M&A and exit strategies and
collaborate on conducting market research in
those fields.

About the role
The Venture Capital Fellow will rotate through different areas within the fund, such as Investments, Fundraising,
Portfolio Support and Operations, and is expected to play a vital role in:
a. Assisting with sourcing and identifying potential investment opportunities in addition to M&A and exit
opportunities.
b. Providing support on deal analysis, conducting due diligence on target companies and preparing
investment memos.
c. Learn and engage in fundraising, in addition to assisting with operational tasks related to fundraising and
investor relations.
d. Assisting with portfolio performance reports.
e. Collaborating on fund management and administration.
f. Collaborating with financial reports and investor updates.
g. Participating in strategic initiatives yet to be determined that contribute to the fund's success, including
analysis of market trends, research on M&A data and enhancements to our CRM system; among others.

Personal background
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance,
Economics, Engineering, or a closely
related field (desirable but not a must).
- Nice to have: entrepreneurial experience
and/or proven experience through VC, PE,
or Investment Banking internships on
fundraising, due diligence, and market
trends.
- Languages: Total fluency in English and
Spanish (oral and written). Portuguese is a
plus.
Location
If it is:
- In-person: Santiago or Mexico City.
- Remote: rest of LatAm (including Brazil),
or US-based.
